    Per Stan Weber, when Bill took over he couldn't find anyone to play. He figured it would be better to play a 2nd FCS opponent then to not play a game.

      I know...its ridiculous. That's why bowl eligibility should be based on BCS conference record. There's no doubt that someone much less deserving than Kansas State will go to a bowl game b/c they played 4 cupcake FBS teams in non-conference.
